OUR TERMS

The conditions here are not described in detail, as we make an individual contract with you.

 

When we enter into a contract with you, you pay the equivalent of 3 months' furniture rent as a deposit and 2 months' prepaid furniture rent. In addition, you must pay a one-off sum for set-up and freight, which is calculated individually, depending on the location of the delivery address in relation to the goods' warehouse, floor, walking distance from the curb, etc.

Once we have agreed on your composite furniture package, we draw up a contract, which we ask you to accept electronically. When you have done that and paid the deposit, prepaid furniture hire and the above-mentioned lump sum, we will agree a specific time period when we can deliver the furniture. As a starting point, we must have at least 2 full working days available to deliver and install the furniture (special rules for wardrobes and chests of drawers). We deliver the furniture cleaned and put it all in place, according to your instructions - ready for use.

If you rent furniture from us for less than 12 months, you pay the same amount in collection costs as you paid in delivery costs. This will be deducted from the deposit paid.

You will get your deposit back no later than 14 days after collection, minus any receivables we may have from you.

The furniture is insured as standard by møbelleje.dk and your deductible amounts to DKK 4,500 per damage.
