
OUR CONDITIONS
Our terms are not extensively described here as we tailor an individual contract with you.
When entering into a rental agreement, a deposit and prepaid rent are required. The amounts are determined individually and are always stated in the submitted offer.
Delivery and collection costs as well as other costs are paid together in connection with the delivery.
The price is calculated individually depending on the delivery address's location relative to our warehouse, floor, distance from the curb, etc.
Once we have agreed on your composed furniture package, we will prepare a contract, which we ask you to accept electronically. Once you have done so and paid the deposit, prepaid furniture rental, and delivery costs, we will arrange a specified time frame for delivering your furniture package.
We typically require at least 2 full weekdays available to deliver and assemble the inventory (special rules apply to wardrobes and dressers). The furniture is delivered cleaned and placed according to your instructions, ready for use.
Collection costs as well as costs for washing bedding, towels, etc. are deducted from the paid deposit.
You will receive your deposit no later than 14 days after collection, minus any outstanding amounts we may have with you.
The inventory is standard insured by møbelleje.dk, and your deductible is 4,500 DKK per damage.
